at ICNY'S NIGHT OF A THOUSAND GOWNS

New York Bear Den will help provide security for the annual
NIGHT OF A THOUSAND GOWNS
with the Imperial Court of NYC.
Volunteers are needed from 5:30 PM until the event is over at 1 AM in 2 shifts.
AMAZING PASTRY BUFFET for everyone at 1AM following coronation!

Volunteers must attend an orientation meeting on Thursday March 11
or Monday March 15th for photo to be taken for security badge
and to receive instructions.

This gives our Volunteers the opportunity to get familiar with the space
and opens additional dialogue with any further Q & A.

The 1st orientation will take place:
Thursday, March 11, 2010
Beginning at 7:00 p.m.
At the Marriott Marquis Hotel
1535 Broadway in the heart of Times Square
(Between 46th & 47th Street) - New York City
The Odets Room on the 4th Floor

The 2nd orientation:
Monday, March 15, 2010
Beginning at 7:00 p.m.
At the Marriott Marquis Hotel
1535 Broadway in the heart of Times Square
(Between 46th & 47th Street) - New York City
The Cantor/Joslon Room on the 9th Floor

We need VOLUNTEERS for an early shift during the first half,
for a late shift during the last half,
or for the duration of the event, as needed.
