Tim Makes a Choice


Season for my monthly pool parties has started again for another year.  My place in Arizona is great for these Friday and Saturday evening pool parties. Evenings cool down, so it is not too hot or too cold. The guys have a few drinks, tell stories, swim and lounge around with or without swimsuits.  No one is bashful or judgmental.  It is a pretty established group and everybody knows what the others look like, well endowed, not so well endowed, cut, or uncut. Later Tim took me aside and asked for the name of my circumcision doctor.  "Your committed?" I asked.  He said absolutely. After the party, Paul and I discussed Tim's desire.  We thought it was good for Tim and we should keep in touch with him to help in any way.

Monday afternoon Tim called.  He told me his circumcision was scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and could I take him to the doctor's office as they did not want him to drive himself.  I agreed to pick him up at 1 o'clock as his circ was scheduled for 2.

Noting the amount of skin Tim wanted removed.  He took a pen and marked where Tim's inner skin meets the outer skin.  He then pushed a bunch of the outer skin up to the previous mark.  The doctor then squeezed under the bunch of skin and asked Tim if that was how tight a result he wanted.  Tim said that he wanted it just a little tighter.  The doctor said OK and put a mark just a little above his finger. He re-squeezed the skin to be removed and asked Tim again.  Tim said it looked great.  

Then the real circumcision process started.  It was a typical freehand process.  Tim was given the lidocaine shots, washed up, painted with antiseptic and had to wait for the anesthetic to take hold.  While we waited, the doctor told Tim that he was impressed that Tim had apparently gone to the trouble simulate a circumcision to see if he really like that state.  Tim told the doctor that he learned about the process form me.  I told the doctor that I discovered the process before he did my circumcision three years ago.

During our discussion, the doctor draped surgical towels over Tim's genitals with the penis lying outside the towels.  He checked with Tim to see if he was numb yet. Tim was.  The doctor then cut around Tim's skin at the mark at the high end of Tim's inner foreskin.  He next cut up the top of the shaft to the upper mark and cut around again.  When the doctor put the removed skin on the surgical tray, Tim commented that he was impressed by the size of the pile of excess skin. As the doctor checked for and cauterized any bleeders, he commented: "Yes, it is a lot of skin we do not need on our penises."  He then sewed the two skin ends together and asked Tim if that is what he wanted.  Tim's penis was fairly engorged at this time and Tim said it looked like what he wanted.  The doctor bandaged him up and gave Tim instructions on how to take of his circumcision over the next week.

As we were getting ready to leave, the doctor asked, since he doesn't often get to see the final result of his circumcisions, would I mind showing him the results of his work three years ago.  I dropped my pants.  He examined my circumcision very closely.  I commented that if rest of his work is as good my circ indeed he does good work.  He told Tim that he should look like this in a year or two.  It takes a while for the scar to reduce.  But that his circ is tighter and higher than mine.  Tim just smiled.

Tim asked if we could go to my house for the first hours of recovery.  I said OK and drove home.  After a couple of hours we, Tim, Paul and I, were hungry and went out for hamburgers.  Tim stayed over for the night.  He had couple of erections during the night but he just pulled his knees up, as I had suggested, keeping any strain off of the stitches.  In the morning we had breakfast and I took Tim home.

Thursday Tim called to tell us that he had removed the bandage.  He claimed his dick looked pretty ugly, bruised and swollen.  But he was sure he was going to like the result.  He sure he was glad he had gotten circumcised.  

We did not hear from him until the Thursday before the next pool party.  He came by the house to tell us that his penis still pretty ugly from the surgery.
