Tight circumcision

	FROM	TO
FLACCID [COLD]	Skin buched up at rim of head but not wide enough to go over.	Skin loose with a few folds, but no bunching up

DISCUSSION

Tight circumcisions are very desirable to a certain segment of the population. There is a question of cosmetic appearance when flaccid as well as having the sensation of very tight skin once hard. While this removes the possibility to masturbate like an uncut, it adds new aspects of stimulation due to the tight skin that is stretched thin.

Tight circumcisions are not acheivable on every penis. If the difference in size between fully flaccid and fully eerect is considerable, acheiving the tight cut look when flaccid would make the skin *too* tight when hard and potentially yield painful erections.

It is critical to measure the skin during erection to ensure as this is the limot of how much skin you can safely remove and thus will define ho tightly circumcised you *can* be when flaccid.

When cut very tight, over the years the skin will have a tendency to stretch due to the nightly erections and masturbation.
